This policy explains how Amenity Loop handles personal information collected through this website.
Who we are and how to contact us
Amenity Loop operates this website from Greater Montréal, Québec. The operating legal entity is Technologies Toufic Hajj Inc.
Privacy officer: hello@amenityloop.ca. Contact us at this address with privacy questions, complaints or requests about your personal information.
Information collected and its use
When you contact us using the form or by email, we receive the information you provide. The form asks for your name, company, email address, property or portfolio details, and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and assess whether Amenity Loop could suit your property.
Submitting an inquiry is voluntary. The form requires its five public fields; you can also contact us directly by email. Please do not include payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information.
Our hosting provider may process technical connection information, including your IP address, browser type and requested pages, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Service providers
Inquiries are addressed to Amenity Loop at hello@amenityloop.ca. The website uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to process and email form submissions. Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery and security.
These services may process information outside Québec, including in other countries. Their processing is also described in their respective privacy policies.
Analytics and your choice
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand visits to the website and count successful inquiry submissions. Google tags do not load before you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
Analytics receives the language and a standard page address and title, together with cookie identifiers and technical information about your browser and device. Google also processes connection information, including your IP address, when receiving requests. Our analytics events do not include form answers, names, email addresses, free text, URL query parameters or fragments.
We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, user-provided data collection or automatic form tracking. We measure page views and an event when an inquiry is successfully submitted; the inquiry itself is handled separately by FormSubmit.
Cookies and withdrawal
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. If local storage is unavailable, we try to remember rejection using an essential consent cookie for up to 180 days. If neither works, your choice applies only to the current page and we show a warning. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Choosing “Reject analytics” withdraws consent, removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page to stop the loaded Google code.
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish visits and maintain session information. We configure these cookies to expire after 180 days without renewing their expiration on each visit; your browser may remove them sooner. Withdrawal stops future collection from this site but does not automatically erase information already received by Google.
A service worker supports the website’s installation features. It does not cache pages or track visitors. Technical services used to deliver and protect the website may process connection information.
Google processing and retention
Google processes analytics information on our behalf. This may involve processing outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy and its explanation of how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
Google Analytics is configured to retain individual event and user data for two months, without resetting the user-data retention period on new activity. Google applies retention-setting changes after 24 hours and deletes expired data through its scheduled processes. This setting does not limit retention of standard aggregate reports. Contact hello@amenityloop.ca with questions or requests concerning information already collected.
Retention, security and your rights
Personal information must not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Contact us for details about the retention of your inquiry.
The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, request its deletion where applicable, or withdraw your consent to its use or disclosure, subject to legal requirements. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue handling your inquiry. Send your request or complaint to hello@amenityloop.ca.
